We are experts in packaging remediation equipment in our custom manufactured buildings, skids, enclosed trailers or cargo containers providing a fully tested system that is ready to go. Our field service team is available to assist in your start up process insuring the optimum efficiency. 

Buildings
Our custom fabricated buildings are built to higher standards, areas such as sub floors and skid platforms are reinforced to support the additional weight of the treatment equipment. Our buildings meet local codes and can be further customized to meet wind ratings or added structure support where required. Our typical designs will isolate the control panel or other equipment in non-explosion proof room to reduce costs.  The treatment room will have a class 1 Division 2 rating to house the other process equipment. Our building can be third party certified, fully insulated, noise rated, added ventilation or solar power assisted as required. Cargo containers are an option as a substitution for a custom fabricated building.

Trailers
Enclosed trailers provide an excellent option to keep your remediation system mobile while offering the protection found in a conventional PRM integrated building. Our design team will completely review your system requirements and offer the best trailer for your application.
We can supply a fully enclosed trailer divided into an exploration proof room for the process equipment and a non-explosion proof room for the controls and ancillary equipment. Spilt enclosure trailers offer a fully enclosed room for the control and ancillary non explosion proof equipment while the explosion equipment is not enclosed reducing costs.   
Important design considerations for trailer systems include the weight and size; it is typical to oversize the GVW using a 25% safety factor. Properly attached control panel if exterior mounted, ceiling height, weight distribution and minimize any exterior mounting of equipment.         

Skid Systems

Skid mounting is a cost effective integrated systems option. Security and exposure to the elements are concerns when selecting a skid system.
