PRM manufactures Oil Water Separators (OWS) for the ground water remediation market, wash down facilities and for storm water management applications. Our standard units are designed for flow rates of 1 to 100 GPM. Custom higher flow rates can be manufactured upon request. Our separators are manufactured from heavy gauge 304 stainless steel and can be supplied with internal sumps or the body only.

For applications with heavy solids loading as an option we can incorporate slant rib clarification plates for precipitating solids into an integrated collection tank.

An equalization surge tank is generally recommended prior to the OWS to optimize the OWS performance and insure separation especially when dealing with emulsified liquids. In the design of the OWS it is good practice to size for the maximum potential flow rates.
